Personal Information may be shared with our representatives, contractors, or third-party affiliates as required for these entities or individuals to perform services for us. Additionally, your contact information may be shared via the QR code on the YepiTag product. For YepiTag to function as intended, it is essential that you permit some form of valid contact information to be communicated by the QR code on the tag. This way a person who finds your lost pet can contact you to arrange for its return. After purchase of YepiTag, you must link the tag to your YepiPet app profile. The YepiTag QR code may be read through the standard camera program or any QR reader mobile application on an internet-connected device. You will receive a notification whenever your pet’s YepiTag is scanned. Anyone can enter the tag number on the YepiPet website to report the pet associated with the tag has been found.
By using our Services, you consent to us collecting, using, and disclosing your Personal Information as described in this Policy or as separately stated at or prior to collection, use, or disclosure. Please do not submit Personal Information through any of our Services if you do not want this information being collected, used, or disclosed in this manner. This may limit the Services we can provide to you. Our services are not intended for use by children under age 13. Please do not allow children to communicate their personal information through the Service without the consent of a parent or guardian.
We take the protection of your Personal Information seriously, using physical, procedural, or electronic security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the Personal Information in our custody, which may incorporate protection against theft, along with unauthorized access, use, copying, or modification.
